How to warm up your home with colour

Bold Colour Schemes
To make a scheme more inviting why not combine deep plum with olive green.  Add instant impact to your living room by introducing large blocks of bold colour in plum and add a chair or sofa in a contrasting green.  A room will look cosy and warm by utilising saturated colour in a deep shade of plum or aubergine.    Team a deep rich colour with an oak floor for a warm look and feel then add a graphic fabric to create a modern update.

Be inspired by the many exciting floral wallpapers on the market to add a touch of luxury.

Deep tones absorb light to give a soft intimate atmosphere.  Why not paint a feature wall in a deep colour and leave the remainder neutral.  The scheme can then be enhanced with lots of lamps and candles.
